Arches Bohemian Riot Pilsner

In 1838, after nearly 600 years of inconsistent and poor quality beer, the people of Pilsen (an old Bohemian town) began an upheaval throughout the city, dumping full barrels in the streets to show their dissatisfaction. The city officials formed a city-owned brewery that would begin brewing only bottom-fermented beers. Lagers were born. This classic style is built on a simple grain bill, brewed with traditional lager ingredients delivering a clean, light-bodied style. Noble hops add slight bitterness while allowing the distinctive spicy and piney aroma characteristics to show through. With a crisp, dry finish, this style is best enjoyed in warm temperatures. 8oz Pour -$3.25

Rodenbach Grand Cru

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity. 8oz Pour - $5.75

Hofbrau Dunkel Lager

Dark beer existed in Bavaria long before light beer. This was the first type of beer to be brewed at Hofbräuhaus when it was founded. Today, when beer-lovers all over the world talk about dark beer, they usually mean a Munich style beer. Today, Hofbräu Dunkel - the archetypal Bavarian beer - is still as popular as ever. With its alcoholic content of around 5.5% volume and its spicy taste, it’s a refreshing beer that suits all kinds of occasions. A beer in the traditional Munich style! 8oz pour - $3.00

Bells Cherry Stout

Tinted ruby-black, Cherry Stout gains its signature tartness from 100% Montmorency cherries grown in Michigan's Traverse City region. Lightly hopped for balance, this stout is one of the cornerstones of our stout portfolio. 8oz pour - $4.25

Akademia Moirai Tripel

the tripel is a beer dominated by its esters. Moirai is named after the three Greek Fates, and is another Akademia beer that eschews the hoppy side of things. It’s a high-gravity Belgian golden ale with notes of clove and banana, combined with yeast that gives a little bit of spice. That’s complemented further by additional esters of subtle but magnificent arrays of pear and light citrus fruit. 8oz pour - $4.50 16oz pour - $9.00

Creature Comforts Automatic

Automatic is a sessionable pale ale featuring prominent hop flavor and aroma. The Motueka, Mosaic, and Citra hops are used in delicate balance to give the beer notes of pineapple, peach, melon, and lemon-lime. ABV is 5%. 8oz pour - $3.00 16oz pour - $6.00 According to Adam Beauchamp, CCBC Co-Founder, “We’ve dialed back the malt and used some new school brewing tricks to make sure the beer doesn’t come off as watery or insipid, all in an effort to let those beautiful hops shine through.” “This beer is light enough to stay refreshing, but has enough flavor to keep even the most jaded hop-head happy. Each time you see this beer, the decision will be Automatic!” Beauchamp said.

Creature Comforts Koko Buni

When the leaves change color and the days start to cool down, as if natural instinct, people tend to like drinking darker beer. This isn't the case for everyone or an all the time mandate, we can drink Athena everyday, but something about the cool fall breeze changes the beer drinking palate. This is why we introduce to you our milk porter, Koko Buni. Koko Buni is a lovely milk porter that we've brewed and aged on toasted coconut, cocoa nibs from Athens' own Condor Chocolates, and coffee from our friends at 1000 faces. The name actually comes from the raw ingredients we use in the beer. Koko means coconut in Papiamento, a common language in parts of the Carribean, while Buni means coffee in Swahili, a common language in southeastern Africa. The flavors of this beer are rich and velvety like a warm camp fire, which also is the perfect setting to share with your friends. Mentally take a journey there or to whatever is your perfect autumn evening while enjoying Koko Buni. 8oz Pour - $3.25 16oz Pour - $6.50

Creature Comforts Tropicalia

A balanced, soft, and juicy IPA. Ripe passion fruit and citrus hop aroma lead to a full, fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, ending with subtle bitterness. Some folks say they don’t like hoppy beers, and to that we say that hops do not equal bitterness. To us, hops offer a plethora of flavors, not just bitterness; and in Tropicália it’s a beautiful, luscious, fruit journey for your palate to enjoy without fatigue. 8oz Pour - $3.00 16oz Pour - $6.00
